DesignConvo began with a simple frustration.

As seasoned executive leaders, we found ourselves in meeting after meeting where smart people struggled to move work forward. Strategy felt unclear. Conversations went in circles. The future was talked about—but rarely designed.

We realized the problem wasn’t the people.
It was the way organizations approached strategy, leadership, and collaboration.

While products and services were being carefully designed, the human side of strategy—the conversations where decisions are made, futures imagined, and trust built—was often left to chance.

So we set out to change that.

By blending human-centered strategy, leadership development, and futurist thinking, we began designing experiences that help leaders and teams slow down, think differently, and move forward together—especially in moments of complexity and change.
