Developed over the course of 6+ years and tested by 1000+ users, our framework is constructed from proven and true methods while also being simple, intuitive, and flexible. Our unique approach sets us apart from other methods and frameworks that require significant skills and learning. Our Leader Quotient workshops and program are designed to develop transformational and luminary leaders by focusing on the missing skills in leadership development. Our program focuses on three core skills missing from most leadership programs: strategic storytelling, executive improvisation, and conversation facilitation. We help leaders develop these skills to become more effective in leading their organizations.
