Human-centered strategy. Leadership development.
Collaboration that actually works.
Human-centered strategy. Leadership development.
Collaboration that actually works.
We are a female founded Strategy and Consulting firm In Phoenix, Arizona focused on human-centered strategy, leadership development, and facilitation for organizations navigating complexity, change, and growth. We believe most organizational challenges aren’t strategy problems—they’re conversation problems.
Our work sits at the intersection of:
We don’t deliver answers. We design the conditions where answers and ideas emerge. .

Most organizations don’t have a strategy problem. They have a conversation problem.
People are talking, but not really listening
Smart teams are stuck in assumptions, conflict, or politeness
Change is happening faster than leaders know how to respond
We exist to help teams slow down just enough to move forward—with clarity, courage, and shared ownership.

Our job is to design experiences that help those ideas surface, connect, and turn into action. We believe:
Collaboration is a skill not a personality trait
Conflict isn’t the problem, avoidance is
Strategy fails when humans are treated as an afterthought
Play, creativity, and experimentation belong in serious work
The best ideas already exist, in the room!

We partner closely with clients and, when helpful, bring in trusted collaborators to expand perspective and expertise. Our approach is:
Human-centered: grounded in lived experience, not just theory
Collaborative by design: we co-create with people, not for
Experiential: people learn by doing, reflecting, and trying
Practical: clarity and action matter more than perfection
Our work is grounded in the ideas explored in our book, The Collaboration Illusion—a practical, human-centered look at why working together is so hard, and what leaders can do about it.
Drawing on our 25+ years of combined experience designing strategy and leadership development experiences, in the book we unpack why collaboration breaks down and offer practical principles people can use to navigate conflict, assumptions, and complexity. This book is not theory. It’s a guide for leaders doing real work with real people.
